How registering works

1. 1. Find your school

   Search MeetSchools for your school name. If we already have an editorial seed listing, you'll see a 'Claim this school' button on the profile. If not, write to us at schools@meetschools.com and we'll add a draft within 2 business days.

2. 2. Verify ownership

   Sign in to the admin console with your school's official domain email (e.g. principal@yourschool.edu.in). We send a verification link to that address. For schools without a domain email, postal verification adds 5-7 business days.

3. 3. Complete your profile

   Add the data parents shortlist on: classes offered, full fee breakdown, facilities, admissions calendar, photos, principal letter. The more complete the listing, the higher its earned ranking in search.

4. 4. Receive inquiries

   Parents shortlist your school and tap Inquire. Every lead lands in your inbox with the parent's name, phone, the class + year they're applying for, and any message they wrote. Reply within 24 hours and our system marks the lead as 'engaged'.

What we'll ask you for during verification

• Board affiliation number (CBSE / ICSE / IB / IGCSE / state) — cross-checked against the public registry.
• A school-domain email we can send a verification link to. Personal Gmail / Yahoo accounts are not accepted for the verified badge.
• Annual fee disclosure for at least one class level, with breakdown of tuition + transport + books + uniform + caution deposit.
• A primary admissions contact (name + phone) who will receive routed inquiries.
